Santosh holds a huge passion for effectively running sourcing offices, supplier relationships governance framework, ITO / BPO modernization, captive management, business development, maturity models and service level improvements. He has delivered successfully on initiatives such as eSCM, BPO Maturity Model, SDLC, GDM and SEI-CMMI.
By now, various initiatives led by Santosh have collectively-

An MBA in IT and a BE in Electronics from premier Indian institutes, he is Certified Sourcing Auditor (CSA), Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) and Certified Outsourcing Governance (COP-GOV) professional. Author of several white papers and articles, he is a regular speaker-invitee to regional, national and global conferences on sourcing and procurement events.
